Description'Thirteen Club' Christmas Supper Menu. The front has a picture of witches, fairies, a black cat, an owl, imps and leprechauns, all balancing on a ladder which in turn is balancing on the earth. The text on the front reads: "London Thirteen Club Christmas Supper at the Holborn Restaurant, London (Duke's Salon), Thursday, 13th December, 1894, W. H. Blanch, Hon. Sec. , L.13C., 60, Ludgate Hill, E.C."

The centrefold contains the menu and a picture of a witch on a broomstick, a full moon, a black owl, a spider, a black cat, a donkey-headed man, salt, a horseshoe, crossing knives, a chicken and a ladder.

The text on the back reads: " Programme. WM. Harnett Blanch, Esq. (President 1894), Will take the Chair at Commencement of Supper. After the Loyal Toasts, Frank Williams, Esq., will be Installed as President for the Year 1985, and will thereupon occupy the chair vacated by Mr. Blanch. At the conclusion of the Supper, Speeches will be spoken, Songs sung, and the Club ceremonies observed. A Short Paper on "Christmas Superstitions" will be read by J. F. Bursill, Esq., during the evening. Interval of ten minutes. The newly elected President, Frank Williams, Esq., will hold a Reception at 9 p.m. The Peacock Feather Decorations kindly supplied by F. M. Martin, (M. L. 13 C. ) 20, Newgate Street, W. C. The 13 Club Bonbons by Messrs. Tom Smith & Co."
