    DescriptionMiniature adze. It has a wooden L shaped shaft, broken at one end. A stone blade is attached at the other end with coir binding.

    Adzes have a number of uses in woodworking including: chopping, trimming, shaping and smoothing wooden surfaces. They can act in place of both a carving knife and a plane.
