DescriptionDecorative double ruffle with scalloped edges, gathered onto a tape for attaching to cuffs. Made from blue brocaded satin decorated with white embroidered flowers and a white 'fly fringe'. Sleeves and cuffs were often removed from items of clothing and washed seperately. They were then re-sewn on to the garment when needed.On View
