    DescriptionIntaglio cast of a cameo depicting the Judgement of Paris. It shows Discordia holding the apple, with Paris and the three goddesses Athena, Aphrodite and Hera behind him. Oval shaped. It is made of plaster with a wooden border, painted gold. "Judgement of Paris" is written in pencil on the reverse.

    Intaglio is a technique involving the carving or ingraving of an image into a flat surface.
