Description"Cadogan" teapot made of Rockingham Pottery, from South Yorkshire. This teapot has no lid, instead it is filled through a hole in the base. A tube runs from the base through to the top, allowing the pot to be turned the right way up without spilling the contents. Cadogan teapots are based on Chinese wine pots. They were made popular in Regency England by Lady Cadogan.
