DescriptionCircular bronze medal inscribed on the front "AWARDED TO William Blake FOR PUNCTUAL ATTENDANCE EVERY TIME THE SCHOOL WAS OPENED DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR ENDED A.D.1891 AND THREE PREVIOUS YEARS" bordered by oak leaves. There is a portrait of Queen Victoria on the reverse inscribed "THE QUEEN VICTORIA MEDAL SCHOOL BOARD 1887 FOR LONDON". The medal is attached to a pin at the top with the inscription "1891".
