    DescriptionMedium size fake pewter medal. Said to have been dug up in a garden in Gladstone Street, Southwark. The center is decorated with a knight's head, facing right, the other side has 3 small figures; a 'bishop' with arms raised, and two 'angels' above him on either side. Both sides have nonsense writing around the outer rim. There is a decorative ring on top for suspension. Made by the forgers William Monk and Charles Eaton, objects such as this were known as "Billy and Charley's."
