DescriptionBox for holding snuff. It is formed of a section of thin bone encased in hide to form the base, with a hide cap. A strap of hide fits around the bone and is fastened to form another longer loop - long enough to fit around the wrist or upper arm. The hide is decorated with light indentations. Bechuana (Botswana) African subcontinent.
