DescriptionMid-Georgian lady's shoe, made of yellow damask silk with floral pattern. They have pointed, up-turned toes with a high, curved heel. There are two straps edged with galloon for buckles, fastening over a high square tongue. The buckles that would have been attached to these straps are missing. On the inside of one shoes is written the name 'Mrs Brompton'.On View
