    DescriptionTerracotta figure of a male figure wearing headdress with side flaps. His right hand and left forearm are lost. Details are in red and black paint over a yellowish slip, including facial features and bands around the body. He is identified in the catalogues as being from Cyprus but also attributed to Phoenicia, on the coastal area where current Lebanon, Syria and Israel now are. Phoenicia was a very powerful civilisation particularly during 1500 to 300 BC.
