Alyson Hunter

b. 1948 in New Zealand. Studied Fine Art at Auckland University before leaving for London to study at Chelsea College of Art and the Royal College of Art. Printmaker and photo-etcher. In 1980s, travelled to New Zealand, Australia, and North America lecturing on printmaking and drawing with Adrian Frost. Moved to pure photography with her art with projects like the landscape of Thomas Hardy, London Underground, and changing the face of Soho.
