DescriptionRosary of blue and white glass beads ornamented with a metal heart and cross, which were once coated in gold. Rosaries are used particularly in the Catholic Church to count the number of component prayers. It is supposed to help the person say the prayers in the proper sequence without having to keep count. This allows the mind to focus on more important things. They normally consist of a bead necklace and a cross or crucifix.
