DescriptionSquare cloth bag for tephilin or phylacteries, with a drawstring opening. A phylactery is a box for containing passages from the Torah which are strapped on the forehead and arm for morning prayers on weekdays. The bag is beige in colour, with blue and orange stripes and shows brown branches with leaves.
