DescriptionHalf of a double sided bone comb, with fine and coarse teeth making it appropraite for combing various hair types. As it is made of bone, this comb was likely made for a woman. It could have been used for grooming or as a hair ornament. It was found in Moorfields in 1866. London. Probably Roman. the label seems to have been lost since the photo was taken.On View
