DescriptionSmall seated figure with a tall feather headdress. It is mould made with crude details and traces of white pigment. Probably a 19th century fake Aztec item. Henry Syer Cuming worked hard in later life to uncover fakes but inevitably they did find their way into this and other museums' collections.On View
