DescriptionCigar made from tobacco wrapped in the leaf of Lecythis. It is partially broken at about two-thirds of the length, and the outer wrapping is coming loose. Robert Schomburgk piece. Schomburgk was an explorer and diplomat who collected many objects from his travels including Guyana, British Guiana, Brazil and Venezuela among others.
